What can you expect when you’re looking to work with Warmseal?

When making improvements to your home, we know how important it is to work with people you trust. That’s why at Warmseal, we tailor every experience to exactly what you need, creating an enjoyable and professional experience all the way.

Initial Consultation
When booking your initial consultation, we let you choose a time and date that works for you. Your initial consultation will involve a home visit from a member of our friendly team for us to fully understand your requirements. Our team are knowledgeable and never pushy, so you can ask any questions you have about our products or service. Finally, they will take some quick measurements so they can provide you with an accurate, personalised quote. We don’t bother you with endless phone calls, just one a couple of days later at a time that suits you, where we can discuss whether you’d like to work with us and answer any questions you might have.

Your Quote
After your consultation, your initial quote and detailed requirements will be passed on to our team, who will draw up a finalised quote. This should arrive in the post within 2 days of your appointment – alternatively, we can email it to you. 

Installation
We hope you decide to improve your home with Warmseal, if you do, then we’ll draw up a contract agreement and send a surveyor to double check the initial measurements. They’ll also run through the contract with you, so you can be reassured that there are no hidden surprises. After a survey, we will organise an installation date which is convenient for you and order the products required for your installation.

During installation we always take care to prepare and protect your home, including keeping it tidy. On every job, we send an inspector to visit to ensure everything is proceeding well. We always take care of the tidying up and stay around to show you how to use any new doors and locks.

After-sales care
We provide a 10-year Warmseal Guarantee on every installation and you’ll receive your guarantee certificate within a week of installation. This gives you peace of mind that in the unlikely event that something isn’t right, our team will be on hand to help sort it as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Our friendly team will always be on hand to answer any question, big or small, so you know that with Warmseal your home improvements will be the right investment.
